Our tutor pricing is simple and straightforward. We don’t require that you buy hours in advance or in bundles. There’s no contract and no hidden fees. Stop any time without further obligation. We try to keep our price the same for all grades and subjects: $75/hr.
Unlike other tutoring companies, In-Home Tutors of Connecticut doesn’t charge a registration fee. Your first session is guaranteed! If you aren’t satisfied, the session is free.
Our pricing comes with no hidden fees. You are billed at the start of each month. Invoices are emailed detailing session times and dates. Automatic billing is available.
If you aren’t happy with your tutor, you don’t have to pay for the first session. We’ll find a new tutor for your child if you want to try again.
When you work with In-Home Tutors of Connecticut, you can stop tutoring at any time. We don’t expect you to pay for bundles of hours upfront. There’s no contract obligating you to a certain number of sessions.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Zelle and Venmo. You may also send a check or use your bank’s online billpay.
If you would like tutoring for more than one child, we provide a 50% discount for the second student. Just notify us ahead of time so that the tutor can prepare.
For tutoring of twins, we charge 50% for the second child. You are welcome to split up the time among the children, with each being tutored for 30 minutes at a time for example, to keep the single child rate.
Yes, we can automatically bill your credit card each month. We will send you an invoice that gives you at least 7 days for review, after which we will charge your credit card on file.
Sometimes, it takes more than once to find the right tutor for your child. This is why you are not obligated to pay for the first hour of tutoring. If you decide that you aren’t happy with your tutor, simply let us know, and we’ll send you the profiles of other tutors to try.
Yes, in the amount of $2 million per claim
We absolutely do have a referral program! We provide a free hour of tutoring for any client you bring us after six hours of tutoring.
We ask that you cancel or reschedule sessions within 24 hours. However, if you contact your tutor, and they are able to reschedule with you the same day, we are fine with that.
